Shipping rates, methods, and terms are determined by our Merchant Partners, not by EssentialCook.com. Thus the specific method of shipping a particular item may vary depending on the Merchant Partner. The majority of our partners utilize UPS. Most orders ship 24 to 48 hours after order confirmation. At your request, we will be happy to email you the UPS tracking number. Information on the shipping method to be used will be presented during the Checkout process.

EssentialCook.com applies state sales tax rules for each Merchant Partner based the state in which they reside. Sales Tax will be added to merchandise ordered from the states of New Jersey, New York, Florida, Pennsylvania, Utah, Georgia, Michigan, California, and Montana.

All merchandise may be returned within 7 days of receiving your order. Merchandise must be returned in the condition it was originally sent.

All returns must have a "return authorization number" (RA#) in order to receive credit that is valid for 30 days. To obtain an RA# please send an email to CustomerCare@essentialcook.com. You will receive an RA# and shipping instructions. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returns will be handled according to the following conditions:

Returned Merchandise > Credit for cost of item(s) or replacement
Refused Delivery > Credit for cost of item(s) minus 15% or $5 restocking fee*
Accepted Delivery > Credit for cost of item(s) minus 15% -100% restocking fee*
Damaged, Missing Parts > NON-RETURNABLE

*Essential Cook reserves the right to evaluate product return conditions and assess restocking fees at its own discretion.

Defective products are eligible for credit or replacement within 30 days of invoice date. Replacement will be shipped upon receipt of defective merchandise via ground shipment at Essential Cook’s expense. All returns should be sent prepaid shipping to 700-76 Broadway, Westwood NJ 07675. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Essential Cook is not responsible for any returned item not received by us. Allow 7-10 days for processing returns.
